We are open for reservations!  We recommend making your reservation as soon as you know you will be traveling to our area as we tend to book 2-3 months ahead of time, especially for holiday weekends and special train runs by the Cumbres and Toltec.  A full cooked breakfast is included with your stay! If you call and leave us a message, please give us a few hours to return your call. We do return every phone call.  We only offer discounts for stays over 3 nights or multi-room, multi-night stays.  Our deposit requirement is 25% of your total reservation. Balance is due when you check out.  We hope to see you soon!
