The house of young Indiana Jones needs your help!

After 3 years of ownership, we see that the Indiana Jones Bed and Breakfast is in need of some TLC. Nearly all of the profit generated by the B&B has been put back into the house keeping it in its original style while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere. You know house repair isn't cheap, and that's why we need your help.

We are also accepting donations in the form of labor and/or materials.

Our first goal is to rebuild the foundation of the house, this is our largest but most important goal at approximately $50,000.

Additional milestones and donation tiers will be added over time. There will also be an option to upgrade your donation tier.

Although we have been planning to apply for Historical Designation in Colorado, which will allow us access to grants, this is a long process and will not even cover our largest project completely, which we will likely need done before we will have access to grants.

The house was built in 1888, making it one of the oldest houses in Antonito, in addition to being a movie set house in the film Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade

Below is a list of projects, mostly in order, that NEED to be done asap.

Foundation/cellar work
17 new energy efficient windows (currently have 1920s windows with storm windows up all year)
Replace all window/door frames with reproductions
3 reproduction doors and frames
Adobe work (2 chimneys and fire box)
Remove and replace stucco on entire house, properly
New roof and insulation
Repair fascias at roof line (I've become a giant bird house)
Rebuild balcony on Cortez room
Remove all "dead" furnace duct work
